Tri-County Literacy Council is a non-profit organization specializing in adult literacy instruction, based on Skills for Success training.
We offer free training in:
- Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) upgrading;
- Grade 12 / Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) preparation;
- apprenticeship preparation;
- computer basics training; and
- job readiness training for entry-level positions
We’re ready to help Ontario residents, 18+ years of age, who are sufficiently capable of speaking and listening to benefit fully from the language of instruction.
